Anton, the 2007 chapter I sent does not include the references because  
the references of all the chapters were collected at the end of the  
book. My reference was to:

Vygotsky, L. S. (1999). Tool and sign in the development of the child.  
In The collected works of L. S. Vygotsky. Vol. 6. Scientific legacy.  
New York: Kluwer/Plenum.
